Introducing Leadership by Objectives
For Organizational Empowerment

Morgan Management Consulting (MMC) helps organizations work better in the present and build for a stronger future. Leadership by Objectives (LBO) is a system, developed by MMC, to implement great management concepts.
LBO strategies are based on behavioral science concepts, organizational research, and experiential wisdom. The framework integrates these concepts into a flexible system, instilling a productivity-oriented culture and dramatically increasing the degree of employee engagement.

This easy-to-install system was built out of proven management tactics into a flexible structure, with pieces fitting together like Lego blocks. Each piece strengthens the structure to form a powerful, transformational force—picking up momentum as the synergy kicks in. LBO will revolutionize your company!

· Proprietary diagnostic tool measures the workplace climate and level of employee engagement for a customized approach.

· Low-cost turnkey materials are favorable for in-house administration.

· Optional consulting and training modules are used only as needed.

· Coaching-oriented worksheets ask open-ended questions to extract insight from participants and open the space for executive and managerial input.

· Previous and present training and development activities are easily integrated into the LBO structure.

· Executive coaching is available to help company leaders identify and articulate the vision and strategy of the organization.

LBO brings lasting changes. After starting, you will not fall back into the “business as usual” rut. Follow the simple and common sense procedures and successful transformation is a sure thing.

LBO is presented in three documents. The Executive Manual includes an overview of the LBO process and focuses on responsibilities of the top gun to map the direction in which the organization is headed.

The Manager’s Guide focuses on the people side of the enterprise. This includes “How to” instructions in essential leadership skills—skills that are especially helpful for people with outstanding personal productivity who are promoted to supervisory positions where their contribution is based on the productivity of those they supervise. This Guide is an excellent review for managers with strong backgrounds in the field of management.

The Employee Workbook is designed to extract insights, awaken ambition, and increase the level of engagement of the participants. It includes sections on the organization’s core ideology, personal strengths assessment, job expectations alignment with manager’s expectations, collaboration on “Big-Dream Objectives,” and career management.
